Blank as a Fox
I find it odd, but I find that this story is very
objective and clear about the facts of the Plame leak. More clear and honest
than anything in, say, the New York Times, which cannot reference the fact that
Miller's "tell all" report in fact leaves it utterly unclear who whispered to
her "take a look at Valerie Plame". Considering this is from Fox News, it's
weird. I'm tempted to write this off as being of the "National Enquirer checks
its facts to prevent libel suit" variety of truth telling, but I've seen it from
Fox's online stories before...
So why is FoxNews.com capable of this when the rest of the empire can't
handle any "reporting" more strenuous than opinion shows that balance a vigorous
conservative against a self-hating middle of the road "liberal"?
